Grand opening for this new event center was January 2007.
Tucked in just beyond the heart of downtown Edmonds, the Edmonds Center for the Arts is the area’s newest performance venue. What was once a beloved and historic school building has been completely redesigned and rebuilt into a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility. ECA’s intimate, 700-seat auditorium is complemented by a comfortable, stylish lobby and newly landscaped grounds with sweeping views of Puget Sound. See link below for this months events.

Think Local… Look Local…Preserve Edmonds!
This is a grassroots educational and marketing campaign to encourage Edmonds area
residents to consider local businesses when seeking goods and services.
In short – Put Your Money Where Your House Is !!!
A larger portion of profits earned by owners of local stores remains in the local economy! If you are concerned about strengthening the quality of life and preserving the charm of this lovely waterfront town, you need to give consideration to the impact of where you spend your money. There are significant and positive results when you give your business to a local business. Voting with your dollars does make a difference, and it is a positive step towards connecting with your community, supporting your community on a regular basis, and helping us preserve the charming small town atmosphere that brought so many of us here – and makes us proud to call Edmonds our home! Your locally spent dollars provide a DIRECT IMPACT on our community as employee wages local advertising spending purchases from local suppliers and profits The INDIRECT IMPACT of your locally spent dollars are measured EXPONENTIALLY! Look for the “Think Local – Look Local” posters in downtown Edmonds and the outlying neghborhoods and search for products and services from these and other local businesses in the listings on this website. You have choices – and each time you choose to patronize an Edmonds-based business you contribute directly to retaining and enhancing this lovely community.
